Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rayhan, we are committed to bringing the freshest fruits and vegetables directly to your doorstep. To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our produce, please review our shipping and delivery procedures below.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently offer delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Primary Delivery Areas: Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

  • Extended Delivery Areas: Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. (Note: Deliveries to extended areas may be scheduled on specific days of the week).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Because we deal in fresh, perishable produce, our processing times are designed to minimize the time between packing and delivery.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 4:00 PM GST] will be processed and delivered the next day.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Handling & Temperature Control

5. Receiving Your Delivery

Since our products are highly perishable, we highly recommend that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and properly store the items immediately upon arrival.

  • If you or a designated receiver are not available, our driver will attempt to contact you.

  • If we cannot reach you, the package may be left at your doorstep or with building security (if permitted), at your own risk. Rayhan is not responsible for the degradation of fresh produce left unattended.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

We thoroughly check every order before it leaves our facility.
