Return and Refund Policy
We offer an Open-Box Delivery service and a strict 3-hour return policy. This means you have the opportunity to return items instantly at the door, or within 3 hours after receiving your delivery.
Open-Box Delivery (Recommended) We highly encourage you to inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, freshness, or condition of any item, you can hand it directly back to our delivery personnel immediately.
3-Hour Return Window If you discover an issue after the driver has left, you have exactly 3 hours from the recorded delivery time to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how the item will be collected or where to return it. Requests made after the 3-hour window, or items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will strictly not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, not fresh, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, cut fruits, and food items) are strictly only eligible for return via our Open-Box delivery or within the 3-hour post-delivery window if there is a verifiable quality issue. We cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special mixed orders) unless they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (at the door or within 3 hours), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

For Prepaid Orders: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD): If an item is returned at the door, the amount will be deducted from your total immediately.
